Kristyna Zemanova
Kristýna is a four-time Czech champion in cyclo-cross, a silver medalist at the 2024 Cyclo-cross World Championships and a bronze medalist at the 2023 Cyclo-cross World and European Championships. In 2023, she also won the title of Queen of Cycling, awarded by the Czech Cycling Union. She defended her title of Czech champion in 2025. Kristýna is the newest addition to the VIF Cycling Team, joining the team from Brilon, Mladá Boleslav.
Eliska Kvasnickova
Eliška is a talented Czech road cyclist who became the Czech Republic's champion in the elite women's time trial in 2023. That same year, she took third place overall in the Tour de Feminin stage race. In 2022, she achieved fourth place in the junior women's time trial at the World Championships in Wollongong, Australia.
Stepanka Dubcova
Štěpánka is the youngest rider of the VIF Cycling Team, who won a bronze medal at the European Championships. It will be her first year in the elite women's category, but she will definitely want to build on her junior successes and performances. Štěpánka is mainly a fast racer and will be among the favorites in the mass races. In addition to speed, her strengths are also great movement in the peloton and tactical skills.
Veronika Jandová
As a junior, Veronika was one of the best mountain climbers in the world. At the European Championships, she finished 7th in the road race. She also spent a lot of time in Aigle, Switzerland, where she rode for the WCC (World Cycling Centre), a project supported by the UCI to support young world talents. Veronika returns to the Czech Republic from the Slovak team Cycleversum.
Katerina Obstova
Kateřina was a member of the Decathlon ambassador cycling team in the 2024 season, which also managed to win the Sudety Tour race, win a medal at the Academic Championship of the Czech Republic, and also the green jersey for the best sprinter at L'Etape Czech Republic by Tour de France.
Hana Rugovac
Hanka has spent the last 3 years in foreign teams and the USA, focusing mainly on criteriums and track races. Thanks to her explosiveness and endurance, Hana will be one of the main favorites in fast sprints and stage races.
Nadia Voracova
Naďa is the most experienced rider of the VIF Cycling Team, who also won the Czech Cup in 2016. Naďa will be a great mentor for the young riders with a 100% professional approach, and will also be an extended hand of the sports director in the peloton. In the last two seasons, she has been successful mainly in gravel races, which brought her to the Gravel World Championships.

Lucie Lehka
Lucie Lehká is a Czech junior representative who achieved great results this year, such as 1st place at the Pardubice Criterium, 4th place at the Czech Cup in Kyjov, or 3rd place at the Czech Republic Gravel Championship.
Adele Lhotáková
Adéla comes to us from the MTB scene, where she achieved excellent results. In the XCO discipline, she took 8th place at the Czech Championship in Harrachov and in the world of MTB marathons, she shone, for example, by winning the MTB Trilogy stage race or triumphing among juniors at the Czech Championship in Karlovy Vary. At the end of the season, she also tried the Czech Cup in Hrabyně, where she finished in an excellent 3rd place. She thus comes to the world of road cycling as a technically and physically excellently equipped competitor.
Karolina Špicarová
Kája is not only one of our most successful cadet cyclists, but she is also very successful in cross-country skiing and biathlon. In road races, it is difficult to find a result for Kája that would not be in the TOP3. Next year, Kája is joining our Development team, where we want to further advance her promising career thanks to the racing and material support she needs in the junior category. We believe that we will achieve great results with Kája.

Tomáš Konečný
Tomáš Konečný is a former Czech professional cyclist and national coach. His greatest achievements are winning the 16th stage of the 2001 Vuelta a España and overall victories at the Volta ao Algarve and Tour de Beauce. He is also the 1999 Czech road race champion. He also competed in the Sydney Olympics.
In 2015, he became the sports director of TUFO - Pardus Prostějov and the coach of the Czech national road cycling team . After 8 long years, he left these positions at the end of August 2022 for personal reasons.
He is the chief sports director and team guarantor of the VIF Cycling Team .
Vojtěch Řepa
Vojtěch Řepa is a former professional racer for the Spanish team Kern Pharma , in whose jersey he even completed the Grand Tour La Vuelta in 2022. Vojta decided to end his career as a professional cyclist at the age of 22.
But he remained in the cycling environment, only he no longer wears a number on his back. Vojta decided to build his career as a sports director. In his first year, he became the sports director of the currently best Czech cycling team, ATT Investments , where he gained his first experience in this position, which he will continue to develop and improve in tandem with Tomáš Konečný in the VIF Cycling Team.
Vojtěch began his professional career with the Topforex Lapierre Pro Cycling Team and subsequently became the champion of the Czech Republic and won a bronze medal at the European Championships.

Jakub Lorenc is a marketing expert, business consultant, passionate cyclist and also the owner of the companies VIF and DYGI: .
DYGI: is a digital marketing agency based in Prague. The company was founded in 2019 and focuses primarily on performance and political marketing, crisis communication, and content creation.
VIF sunglasses are the best-selling and best-rated sports sunglasses in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. VIF is a partner of hundreds of athletes, sportsmen, teams and competitions across all levels. It is in the DNA of the VIF brand to develop the talent of athletes from an early age and to be a part of their sporting journey and adventure. That is why VIF has become the titular and main partner of the VIF Cycling Team and the main donor of the VIF Future Gen sports incubator for children.

Vladan Crha
Vladan Crha is a PR and public relations expert, amateur triathlete, and rugby and cycling enthusiast. During his almost 30-year career, he has held positions as a spokesperson for O2, head of communications and marketing for the Vodafone Group, communications director for the AAA Auto Group, and marketing director for the Fortuna Group.
Currently, among other things, he leads the digital division of the largest PR agency in the Czech Republic.
AMI Communications, where he is also a senior consultant for crisis and corporate communications and a coach for media communications.
At the VIF Cycling Team, Vladan is in charge of media communication, relations with journalists and the public.

Partnerships Manager
Martina Hlaváčová
Martina Hlaváčová worked at Nike for over 8 years, primarily taking care of the brand's largest business partners. She worked as a Partnerships Manager first in the Czech Republic and then in Vienna.
Among other things, Martina is responsible for the marketing and partnership performance of the Czech Rugby Union women's national team.
Thanks to her many years of experience at the multinational company Nike, Martina will be responsible for partner care, marketing and partnership contract fulfillment, team activation with brands, partner relations, and event management at VIF Cycling Team .

Filip Bezdek
Filip Bezděk is a professional photographer specializing in sports and reportage photography, focusing primarily on cycling.
Filip is also a photographer for the Elkov-Kasper team, the Czech Cycling Union, and other online magazines and media. He previously held the same position for the ATT Investments team.
To achieve the best results in his work, he is helped by Sony technology, specifically A7 series mirrorless cameras, G Master lenses, and Profoto lights.

Kamila Surovcová
Kamila takes care of the team's operations, especially in terms of organizing partner events that the VIF Cycling Team competitors participate in. She is also in charge of booking hotels, flights, and other things related to the team's operations during the races.
Kamila also works as a partnership coordinator within the VIF brand, where she is also in charge of the complete sales roadshow of our titular partner, the eyewear manufacturer VIF.
Her great passion is sports, especially cycling and running, and traveling.
